SoMa Shop Manager
Loblolly Creamery is looking for an upbeat and hardworking shop manager to lead our SoMa/ Downtown Little Rock Scoop Shop. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, a knack for training/coaching a team of ice cream scoopers, and the ability to stay calm, cool and collected with all the shop manager responsibilities. SoMa and Benton Shop Scooper
-$11/hourly, plus average $6 tips/hour with PTO after 90 days
-Full time (30-35 hrs) or Part time (15-30 hrs), must work at least 3 shifts a week
-Must have weekend and night availability
The SoMa Shop Scooper is responsible for providing friendly customer service, consistent-looking scoops, and keeping the shop clean and organized. Able to work with a team. Need to be able to keep calm and scoop on when it gets loud and busy. Ability to stand, lift, bend and walk for extended periods, scoop ice cream over a full shift, lift up to 40lbs.
Part-Time Pinnacle Mountain State Park Concession Manager
-$15/hourly, plus average $10 tips/hour with PTO after 90 days
-Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-5:30pm (Open 10am-4pm); Federal holidays, Hours and days subject to change. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
The Loblolly Pinnacle Outpost is located at the Pinnacle Mountain State Park Visitor Center. Manager would be responsible for working shifts, inventory and ordering, customer service, cash handling and bank deposits, keeping the concession and outside seating clean, working with management on menu and offerings, knowledgable about Loblolly and Pinnacle Mountain State Park. Must be 18 years old and okay to work by themselves. Flexible to work special events and holidays. Able to cross-train and get coverage from other Loblolly staff when need off.
